Android Update 10 One UI 2 Upgrade - Plantronics Headset will not pick up call

With the new update, my plantronics headset works fine with every other app, other than RingCentral. It acts like it's going to work, and then goes back to speaker or phone and will not accept the bluetooth or headset function now. - HELP
