We have Ring Groups setup for incoming calls to our offices main BTN's. Currently we have several admin who are a part of a Ring Group who are usually in the offices working from home. After installing the RC Phone application on their personal computers and deauthorizing the application on their work computers I expected them to see calls to the main office numbers via the application and to be able to answer the calls, transfer, park,etc as if they were in the office. this doesn't seem to be working. When calling the main number they receive no notification via the application. However if i call there personal DID or Extension the application notifies them of a incoming call. Any ideas what may be happening, while in the office they are notified of calls that are incoming to the main line via the application.

No call queue options, we use Ring Groups not queues. 
Turns out the users Softphone needed to be added to the Ring Group.
