Customers numbers are not showing anymore. Instead I see the name of the group for every entry. When I press 'i' only then do I see the actual number that called

I am the Product Manager for the Configurable Call Queue Display feature.   I logged into your account and saw the display settings for the ICE queue are configured as 'Phone Number Name' and 'None'.   Please change the display settings to "CallerID Name" to see the incoming caller's name and "CallerID Number" to see the incoming caller's number.   Best-
