We got a delivery of a Mitel Mitel 6940W IP Phone to assign to a user who was using an IP480. I went to Phone System > Searched for the user > and clicked on the "change phone button" > I assigned her the new IP 6940W from our inventory. I restarted but the new IP 640W is not displaying the users name (it just displays L1 with wrong time) and the phone does not ring when i dial the extension. I noticed that when i click on the phone in the admin portal it shows "Status: order in progress". Am I missing a step on how to assign the new phone to a user?
