The volume automatically reduces on some calls answered through the Ring Central app and continues to do so throughout the call. What is the fix?

Any chance you found a resolution to this issue? I have a user experiencing the same. We've tried pushing device software updates, reinstalling the mobile app, adjusting audio settings, etc. No fix. Thank you.
