Have a user with ring central on windows 10 >latest version downloaded from website .Every few days when she launches the app it gets stuck on whilte screeen. Sometimes we launch it from browser and works and otherwise we reinstall it . cleared app cache from dev tools but did not help .

Is there any work around or reason for this ? she does not have any dock or monitors connected but still issue persist every few days
