When making outgoing calls, it announces that the call is being recorded. It interrupts the first couple of seconds of the call and confuses both the patient and myself. Patients have hung up on me because of the announcement. How do we turn it off? It started out of the blue today. Has only happened one time last year but stopped after a couple of days. Thank you.
