Hi, I have removed a former employee from our system along with call queues he was in. For some reason his name still appears the email notification despite being removed from the call queue. Is another step I need to do remove this person?

If I am understanding correctly you have deleted a user, but they still receive voicemail notifications for a call queue they were a member of.
Then you would have to check the voicemail notification settings of that call queue. The pathway is:
Phone System > Groups > Call queues > select the call queue(s) > Voicemail & Notifications > Settings > Edit Notifications
Here, under Edit Notifications, you should be able to find the email address of the former employee and should be able to delete it.
