We have added call queues for basically “work hours and after hours” and there is some setting that I have wrong in there because it is not ringing or showing voicemails or missed calls on my app….Is there some sort of setting that I just have wrong in my queues?

what happens when you ring your number? do you hear the call queue greeting?
Honestly it could be so many things, its best to reach out to support … (or share screenshots of the call queue here)…

Things I would start with when checking this:
- Auto Receptionist > Call Handling > (I am guessing you have selected Multiple users - call queue??)
- does it work if you set the auto receptionist to 24/7
- Groups > call queues > Expand the call queue like in pick below and check the status of the users. Is everybody Unavailable?
 


Many other things to be checked… it’s difficult to guess what is wrong, when all I know is that 1 or several queues are not offering calls.
