I used to be able to see all my recorded calls under the recording section. Now I'm only able to view 1 page and not able to flip and view more; therefore I have to download all of my recorded calls via the Call Log. I call 100-200 people a day for work; only about 20-40 of those are recorded appointments; this now takes me an extra 15-20 minutes to sort through and find my recordings out of all these calls for the day. Why was this feature done? It is very inconvenient. Is there anyway you could help make it convenient, the way it was before, where I could sort and see ALL of my recordings; JUST the recordings? I talked to a support person otp who told me to write this.
