I have the Yealink T42S and when the phone rings the caller ID slowly scrolls DURING HOUR CALLS - MAIN CALLS before it ever shows any ID information. It scrolls so slowly that the call goes to VM before you can even see who's calling. Is there a way to disable the call types so we can see the ID before they hang up?


If this call comes from the Call Queue, you may change it under Call Information displayed. In the Admin Portal, go to Phone System > Groups > Call Queues > Select the call queue extension > Call Handling & Members > Display Settings. Don't forget to click save after making changes.
