Some of our staff are experiencing issues hearing callers. The audio is either too low or muffled until they adjust the system's volume. In RingCentral and Windows, the volume sliders are set to 100%. When we adjust the Windows slider, it temporarily resolves the issue for that call, but we have to repeat this adjustment for every call.

Right-click on the volume icon in the system tray and open the Volume mixer. That’s where volume for various apps is set in the OS, and in my computer they’re all linked. Maybe they’re not linked together in yours?
