RingCentral's Do Not Disturb (DND) feature forwards calls based on your call handling settings, even when you're marked as unavailable. You can use call forwarding to send calls to voicemail or a colleague, or route them based on criteria. You can set up call handling in the RingCentral app, Admin Portal, or desktop and web app.
