RingCentral refuses to unlock my phone number to port it to my new carrier and gives me no reason why and my account is in good standing and has always been current I am at a dead end with Ringcentral customer service Do you think it would be worthwhile to contact RingCentrals carrier AT&T and bypass them to get my phone number ported to my new carrier?
This is my business line and important to me. Customer support now says my account has been locked by the Fraud Detection Department but but tell me I cannot contact them by phone it has to be done by email and I was given a email address which bounced back as undeliverable.
I have spent a long time trying to get contact information for the Ringcentral Fraud Detection Department and it appears it does not exist and customer service just made the whole story up.
No one has contacted me about any problems with my account or why I am blocked from porting my phone number it seems customer service is just a bunch of bullies wasting everyone's time I have been trying to port my phone for a week now.
The trouble all started when RC refused to let me send SMS conversational text but keeps charging me for it. I thought I had paid my dues when they threw me into the pit with their TCR comedy tour and I had to make some sense of their gibberish to get registered and I sure wasn't going to give them any money they can kiss my petunias
