Can I send text directly to a non-user extension (only has extension, no direct number) on RingCentral App that was possible on the RingCentral Phone app?
Currently, sending texts directly to a non-user extension (one without a direct number) is not supported in the RingCentral app. If this is something you'd like to see, we recommend submitting a feature request here: RingCentral Ideas Portal. Let us know if you need any further assistance!
