For the life of me, I can't figure out how to make calls through my computer using the app. I can dial the number on the RC Phone app, but it just acts as a dialler for my cellphone, with the call itself going through my cell.
Basically, I want to be able to move from a Zoom meeting on my laptop, to a phonecall on RingCentral without having to switch my headset over from my computer to my phone.
Anyone have any ideas as to what settings need changing?
