I only have a SMS account with Ring Central. When trying to TCR register my SMS line, at the first step of the process I keep getting an error message after I enter all of my business and contact info. The error message says, "Cannot process transaction at this time. Please try again later". No one in Tech Support has been able to help resolve this issue. Does anyone have any suggestions or idea what's the problem? Thanks.
