Can the Ringcentral Mobile App become the default SMS and Caller app on iPhones?

Is it possible to setup the Ringcentral app as the default dialer and SMS app on iPhones? When my technicians are in the field click a call or text button in our CRM app it launches the native dialer and SMS. Can that be changed to Ringcentral?

@admin-14 Did you ever find a solution for this? I am faced with the same issue with our CRM. Any feedback would help its driving me insane.
