We were impacted by the outbound sms outage today. We followed the workaround provided by the status page, removed our numbers assigned to the approved campaign and tried to re-assign them. One of the numbers failed to be added immediately no matter what we tried. Support told us that we have to call TCR team in the morning. Any other suggestions?

 

Side note, we received notice that there were SMS setup error white assigning number at 11:31AM today while no action was taken from our part. 

@specialtys I haven’t heard about this, but I’ll ask about this internally to see what the issue is.
