The same thing is happening to me. We were previously TCR registered, and all of a sudden, without notice, the texts weren’t going through. When I checked the registration, it said info needed updating. I updated whatever was needed. And now I am in review again for up to 20 days. This really hurts our business.
Same thing is happening to us. We completed the SMS registration a year or so ago and it still says complete so there isn't a reason our texting should not be working anymore. It had been working completely fine until Monday 2/3/25. I called Monday letting them know, on Tuesday some numbers we were able to text but most numbers we still cant send messages to. I opened a new case just now hopefully they can resolve this soon.

We are having the same issue. We are unable to send outbound sms/text messages. We have a support ticket open, and support is slow to respond. RC support said to remove 2 users and add them back in. RC Support said this would only take two hours. We did that and have been stuck on “Setup in Progress” since 2/5/2025 8:23PM EST last night. Does this mean my company became not compliant overnight?

13:41:04 EST RingCentral Operations teams have performed actions to mitigate the outbound SMS issue for a large portion of customers with compliant and registered campaigns and number pools. Teams will continue to work to mitigate the issue for customers with compliant outbound campaigns still experiencing the issue. Some customers may have a delay of up to 72 hours for provisioning to complete once action has been taken to resolve this issue. Customers who are out of compliance will need to take the necessary actions to get into outbound SMS campaign compliance. The next update will be provided in the morning of February 7th or when there is a significant change in status.

Yeah, that sounds like the issue that they noted on the Status Site.
Have you employed the workaround?
If not, you may want to give that a try - but if you have and it’s still not working, please reach out to Support directly so they can help you troubleshoot and remediate.
