Cannot retrieve parked call

If I park a call using the mobile or desktop app I then cant retrieve it from the web phone (Chrome extension). I can dial the parked extension (e.g. *803) but get a busy tone. Any ideas? If I dial the parked extension from the mobile or desktop app I can retrieve the call from there so I dont think its a presence or permission issue. Any help would be appreciated.
