I was testing Fax and scheduled fax from desktop apps.

Where can I see the scheduled fax and those scheduled fax status and check the pending ones?

You need to log into your online portal account

and then need to go to : Messages -> Outbox

If your fax message has been sent successfully, the fax will disappear from the Outbox folder and will be moved to the Sent Items folder.
