Help me with contacts? Who is a guest? Who is a team member? What is a personal contact? Who is in the company? We are using this as a community connector so almost anyone could be in the "company"? But maybe that's not how to think about it. There are only two of us on staff with the company? is it possible to change folks from one "type" guest to "company" member?
