Contact listed as "unknown" on desktop - can that be edited to create a named contact?

When viewing phone call, text and emails on the desktop app and it displays the number but has contact listed as "unknown" can that be edited there to create a named contact?

Hi Jennifer,

As of now, there is no option to add contacts on the desktop app. But you can do this on the mobile app.

which desktop app do you use?
RC Phone desktop (Softphone) has such functionality.
