My group of about 20 folks has started experiencing these 2 problems in the last week or two. Any guidance on a fix, or is this a bug?
We're all running the latest version: 23.1.22.6903 Mac. We've been unable to intentionally replicate either issue thus far but every member of our team has had both issues. I know it's not an internet connectivity issue, as we work from different offices and at different times.
1. An external number calls in, we attempt to transfer the call to another internal number, and RC gives us a "Unable to load the page" message and the call box turns solid white - screenshots attached. The app locks up and we can still hear the connected call but can't transfer or end the call because the app is frozen. All we can do is quit the app, ending the call, and reopen. 2. RC appears to be creating additional call popups that don't go away after a call. These can pile up to the point of slowing down the app or making the desktop unusable. We can't tell if this happens on every call, or if it's triggered specifically by inbound or outbound calls. We do all use the setting to handle calls in a separate window, but that has never created this issue. Normally the call window is closed when a call is ended. Screenshot 2023-04-14 at 2.29.00 PM.png
