I HAVE TRIED TO DO THIS BUT THE USER DETAILS ALWAYS OVER RULE THE ADVANCED DATE SETTING. I HAVE TRIED TO CREATE RULES FOR FUTURE SCHEDULING BUT ONCE THE USER DETAILS ARE TURNED ON, THE EVERYONE'S EXT IS TURNED ON EVEN WHEN THEIR DATES ARE IN THE FUTURE, I HAVE ASKED FOR SUPPORT BEFORE BUT IT DID NOT HELP ME. PLEASE CALL ME AT MY OFFICE MON -FRI 925 777 6304. I NEED TO TRAIN A BACK UP PERSON TO HANDLE RING CENTRAL WHILE I AM AWAY FROM WORK,BUT CANT DO SO WITHOUT THIS IMPORTANT PIECE WITHIN THE SYSTEM. ALSO, AM HOPING THIS TOOL IS AUTOMATIC ONCE THE DATES ARE ENTERED, I DONT HAVE TO GO BACK IN THERE TO SWITCH ON AND OFF THINGS, WE USED TO HAVE THIS FEATURE LONG AGO IN RING CENTRAL, ONCE THE DATE PASSED, WE DID NOT HAVE TO GO BACK IN THERE TO SWITCH OFF THE EXTENSION, THE CALLS DID NOT GO TO THAT EXT AFTER THE DATE, IT WAS AUTOMATIC.
