I have researched the steps for faxing and followed all, but my company has only one phone number with extensions for the users. Under users there is no “outbound calls/faxing” so I cannot enable users to fax and the fax doesn’t show up on the app. I think they have missed the step in the directions of “Add a phone number for fax only”. Am I correct in thinking this? Should I add a number to my account and only use that one for fax? If I do, do I need to add that one to the user accounts as well?
I have tried opening cases but no one gets back to me, the chat bot can’t give me any information, and this step is nowhere in any of the directions that I’ve found.
