Does Ring Central support SIP SIMPLE for SMS?

I would like to connect Bria to Ring Central if possible. Mainly because Bria has an extensive support for Siri for example can go beyond saying hey Siri call but you can actually have Siri read messages etc. Bria supports SMS via SIP SIMPLE or XMPP are either of these supported by Ring Central
