Trying to get SMS setup. We only use it if a customer sends us a message first. The usual” do you sell this” or “did my stuff ship” type of messages. We have tried registering 5 times now and it always fails.

EIN/TaxID doesn’t match is the error we get. We setup our account and phone number over 10 years ago and I can not find anywhere in our profile or billing what info is not matching up since I don’t know what Ring Central is trying to match my registration up to. The address on my monthly billing statement is correct.

The chatbot “escalated” me to email support, but the email I got is just a screen shot of our latest failure. I’ve tried phone support, but have gotten disconnected everytime before getting a human. 

Anyone have any advice on what/where I need to find out what doesn’t match on their end?
