Extensions assinged "Standard User" Role able to receive incoming International Calls ?

I know to place international calls user extensions must be assigned International Calling role but I want to know if Standard role includes the ability to receive the incoming international calls ?

In order to both place and receive international calls, International Calling must be enabled for the user’s extension. Without this feature enabled, users will not be able to receive incoming international calls, regardless of their assigned role (e.g., Standard).
