Extensions being routed calls from Multiple Queues simultaneously

I have users who are members of multiple call queues.  If they accept a call from one queue, is there a way to prevent other queues from attempting to put calls through to their extension?  Can other queues recognize that extension is already on a call?  I already have Maximum Concurrent Calls set to 1 for each queue, and “include direct calls” selected, but the system does not seem to be able to recognize when a user is on a call from a different queue.

if max concurrent calls is 1 and if their status is busy(on a call) then they shouldn’t be getting calls from any queues.

They can still be getting calls on their direct numbers (maybe you could think about disabling call waiting)
and
Maybe they can still be getting calls from pick up groups(i.e. call queue pick up or group pickup) - not 100% sure about this, but can’t right now.

If you are not using pick up groups and if you are sure the 2nd call ringing to your users is a queue call and not a direct call, then I would raise a case and provide examples.
