Lets discuss RingCentral’s ongoing SCAM to STEAL as much many as they can from its RingEx Customers.
First, a couple of Facts…
- Voicemails are capped at 3 minutes before disconnection...per RingCentral
- RingCentral has a setting in Admin to turn off Robocalls to Toll Free Numbers
Taking the above two facts into account…
Can any one explain how our Toll Free Numbers can be bombarded with RoboCalls at all hours when that setting is activated?
Can anyone explain how the above calls can be leaving 10-15 minute Voicemails when the limit is supposed to be 3 minutes? These extra long Voicemails are ALWAYS blank. Again, only RingCentral benefits from this activity as it allows them to bill us more.
Conclusion…. RingCentral is deliberately fabricating the calls and the voicemails in order to steal as much money as possible from its Customers. They are the only party that benefits from such activity.
It has been repeatedly reported, discussed at length and lied about by RingCentral.
It is now time for use to file a Class Action Lawsuit to recoup our stolen money and hold RingCentral accountable.
