An end user is saying he will get a fax notification via an email, he will open the app, and the fax is not in the app. Since there is no fax, he has to call the member/company and have the resend the fax.

Hi Patrick, another extension might have added his email address as one of the fax recipients. Check which number the fax was sent to, then find out which extension that number belongs to, so you can configure the email notification.


I am having the same issue. I get the email notification and a voicemail notification but when i go to my ap there is no fax. these faxes are coming in when the office is closed and the ap is not open. I have my fax number set to receive and my extension
