I’m the Super Admin for a new RingRx account. I want all faxes (we only have 1 fax number) to go to a shared fax inbox. Two users have RingRx accounts, and 2 have Video Pro accounts. How do I set this up?

At the moment, the option to route incoming faxes directly to multiple users as a shared inbox is not yet available—it’s currently a requested feature. You can follow and vote on it here to stay updated on any developments:

However, a workaround available today is to set up fax notifications to go to multiple email addresses. This includes sending the fax as an attachment, allowing multiple team members to access the documents via email. You can find the step-by-step instructions here: Set your fax notifications
