Hi,

I don't found a response at the simple question : "is it possible to configure a holyday rules or calendar for all my company (a lot of sites, IVR, call queue...) ?"

The way we do it ....

1 - Build an IVR named Holiday IVR and record a generic greeting " In observance of the holiday the office is currently closed.

2 - Build Custom Rules by Date and point them to the Holiday IVR
