How can I audit how many fax pages were sent in a month for my entire company?
Hi there,
I’m trying to find an average number of fax pages that are sent in the past 30 days from my company. I can see how many faxes are sent or received, but I need to know if Ringcentral can tell me how many total number of pages were sent in those faxes. Is there a way to audit this from the admin portal?

Hello @jackson-1,
That's a great question, and it's a common need for businesses to audit their fax usage for billing or compliance purposes.
Unfortunately, based on the standard reporting features in the RingCentral Admin Portal, there is no built-in report that provides an aggregated total of fax pages sent or received for the entire company.
However, you can get this information by:
Exporting a Call Log: The most direct method is to export your detailed call log as a CSV file. The exported data includes a column with the page count for each individual fax.
Tallying in a Spreadsheet: Once in a program like Excel, you can use a simple formula to sum the page count for all faxes within your chosen date range.
In summary, while the report doesn't exist, exporting the log is the best way to get the data you need for your audit.

The URL you linked to is for the "Simple" view of the call log, which provides a high-level overview.
On the call log page, you should see tabs or buttons in the upper-left corner labeled "Simple" and "Detailed."
Click on "Detailed."
Now, when you filter by "Type" and select "Fax," you should see a column for the page count in the exported report.

Ok I did that but there’s still no column for page count
I check “customize column” and there’s still nothing there to tick
and exporting it also doesn’t show pages either.

That was weird. Let me check this with PMs if there has been a change to this, and thanks for updating, @jackson-1!

Mary, please keep me updated as well. I don’t see the page count.

Hi, any updates on this?
Hello @jackson-1,thanks for the reminder! This slipped off my radar, but I ran a few tests on a live account. The reason I was seeing it on my end before is that my tester account is outdated and still on an older version. I also confirmed with the PMs, and technically, this feature is not available.
