How do we setup inbound calls to ring only the desktop phone

Inbound calls to our main line ring a call queue of four people. We would prefer that a call to the main line causes ONLY the desktop handsets to ring. However, if there is an inbound call to a direct extension, we want the app and the handset to ring. I found some year-old threads that discuss this, but the admin settings seemed to have changed and the solutions are no longer viable.
