How does a super-admin check the voice mail messages of another user?

I have an employee that is not checking their messages. Shows 140/204. I want to see what messages they have checked and haven't and review them. How do I do that? When I click the hyperlink, it asks for the extension password. I would think my admin password would work, but it does not.
