How to automatically start the Ring Central Addin in Outlook when Outlook starts ?

Hello ,

I use the Outlook Windows App and i install the Vodafone Ring Central Addin for Outlook .
Is there an solution that the Vodafone Ring Central Addin starts automatically on Outlook Start.
Means , now when i start Outlook i have to choose the Ring Central App in the Menu Bar every Time i start Outlook .
