How to Resubscribe Opt-in SMS when accidently opt-out?

I have a client that accidently opt'd out and texted STOP, how do i re-opt-in this clients mistake? Have them text "START" on the same sms they replied "STOP" too?

They should be able to send START or UNSTOP to the same number.
