Is anyone else having issues with the HUD display in the AT&T Softphone App? I have my CS dept. users on calls but the display doesn't list them as being on a call, it show's them as available still. It's hard to know if people update their status as busy or away from the desk on a break. They can't get an accurate number of who is available on the phones.

You may try to update or uninstall/reinstall your app, Matt. If it still doesn't work, please get in touch with AT&T Support so they can check on your issue.
