VOICEMAIL, ALL CALLS AFTER 12 ARE GOING TO VOICEMAIL AGAIN. I HAVE CHECKED ALL THE OPTIONS. It says we are open 24 hours a day so this should not happen.

Is this calls that are going to the main number?
If yes, can you please go to Admin Portal > Phone System > Auto-Receptionist > General Settings > IVR Settings. 

Under Company Greetings, please check if it says Bypass greeting to go to extension and let me know what extension it says.
