I just cancel 3 lines and the billing is not reflect on the next billing.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I just cancelled 3 lines ext 326, 331 and 370 before the next bill.

Just to make sure our annual renew is reflecting to only 16 phone lines plus 2 toll free numbers.
