Identifying RC calls on mobile app

When a RC call is forwarded to my personal cell phone, it used to ring with a different ring sound. RingCentral calls no longer identify themselves anymore. Is there a new setting to fix this?

    Are you referring to a call from RingCentral that is forwarded to your cellphone number?

    I have the app on my phone. I see nowhere in the app or on my iPhone to change the ringtone.
