Hello,

For IVR Settings.

"If caller enters no action after the prompt played 3 times" - can this be edited to 1 loop/time only? it takes time to wait until connected to extension.

not possible. If your IVR prompt is telling callers to wait if they don't select any key, then you might want to edit it to say something like
"for all other enquiries press 9"
and route it to Sales.
