Inability to text selected in-organization RingCentral numbers

From both my desktop and phone RingCentral apps, I am unable to text three in-organization RingCentral numbers (which happen to be my staff's numbers). I can message those numbers, but I just can't text them. I can, however, text other RingCentral numbers in our organization. Can anyone help?
