I am forwarding some of my calls to a contractor. i would like him to be aware that these calls are coming from my business, so he can answer accordingly. Is there a way to identify to him, that i am routing a customer to his attention from my business ? Right now, I believe only the customer phone number is appearing in the inbound mobile phone

As of now, there is no option to change it. Workaround is to have a three way call first before transferring.
