All my staff including myself are not able to make outgoing calls and any inbound calls are failing to connect. Cant even contact support line. However we are still able to communicate via messages and are able to send and receive SMS

@JakeH We’re so sorry about the current outage. This is so rare and know that our internal teams are working to resolve this ASAP.
