Hello everyone, I noticed that since yesterday, incoming calls are received either in the smartphone application or in the desktop application. Moreover, if the call comes from a queue (where several operators receive calls), it always comes to the desktop, and if you close it, the call will come to the app on your smartphone. I think calls used to come simultaneously before.

Hi @Sergio_XVII
You may want to check the Ring Settings of your extension..

How to Check Your Extension's Ring Settings
You'll need to navigate to the Admin Portal or User Management Dashboard of your phone system. The steps are usually:

  1. Log in to the system's Admin Portal (or wherever you manage extensions).
  2. Navigate to the Users or Extensions section.
  3. Select your specific extension number or name.
  4. Look for the "Ring Settings," "Call Handling," or "Forwarding" menu.

Under this section, you can review and manage how your softphone apps (desktop and mobile) and any physical devices will ring. The key setting will typically offer these two options:

1. Ring All Together (Simultaneous Ring)
Behavior: Calls on all apps and devices (desktop, smartphone, desk phone) will ring simultaneously (at the same time).

Likely Fix: If you want your calls to ring everywhere as they did before, make sure this option is selected.

2. Ring in Order (Sequential Ring)
Behavior: Calls will ring apps and devices in the order in which they're listed (e.g., Desktop App rings for 10 seconds, then Mobile App rings for 10 seconds, then Voicemail).

According to the operators, this issue appeared for all of them at the same time.
When a call is made directly to an extension, it rings both the desktop app and the mobile app simultaneously — everything works as expected.

However, when the call goes to a shared queue or the reception line, it only rings on the currently active app (either the desktop or the mobile one, but not both).
That’s the problem — previously, such calls used to ring on both devices at the same time.
