Nun of us on here could even get through to them, can you please inform them there are over 25 people on here that are trying to call them and they’re lines aren’t going through

This is so bad for business this needs to be exposed they literally canceled a maintenance scheduled for yesterday and this happens. Business literally just picked up too.

Out in Texas as well...this is completely terrible. We are frozen solid down here in Houston and customer have busted pipes. We are crazy busy and now this happens. Can’t reach support either!

They should be broadcasting this system-wide outage on all channels. Forget about reaching customer care--they are down as well.

We switched to this system because outages were never heard of. We have had this issue a couple of times now within the first year of service. Not professional at all. i thought this was the reason to have the app back up. We can’t even switch over to our cell phones because the calls won’t come in through the app either. This isn’t a cheap service! We lose trust in our customers when we can’t be reliable!

This has happened to us as well a few times this year. Highly unacceptable as our contracted clients are highly irate.

Hope they provide the root cause of the issue and what they will do to avoid in future. Phones down in the middle of the day unacceptable. A major safety issue for us.

How does Ringcentral plan on reimbursing its customers for time loss during the outages? This is indeed a very dangerous situation for any medical practice. As a private psychiatric clinic in Houston this is a HUGE liability. We are literally working with people who already have trust and abandonment issues. We also have to address serious situations from patients who are dealing with side effects or prevent life threatening situations from occurring. Patients aren’t even able to get our notice that our lines are down.
I’ll be sure to update everyone on the post I just made regarding this outage.
We understand all the issues this presents for your businesses and we take it very seriously.
Please know how rare an occurrence this is.
